New Bladder Tank

Hi! I'm getting ready to replace my bladder tank on my well.
Is there anything I need to be aware of before I remove the old one?
When I put in the new one do I just hook it up, turn on the power, and the world will be a more wonderful wetter place? (without my pump kicking on and off every 6 seconds)
Will I, possibly, have to reprime my pump in order to get things working again after bladder replacement?

If you don't have a submersible pump, you may have to reprime your pump.
Be sure to set the tank precharge to 2 psi less than pump cutin pressure.
It will probably come from the factory with about 40 psi precharge.

Make sure you get the air pressure pre-charge set to 2 pounds less than the pressure switch's turn-on pressure.
