Bathtub dilemma

About a month ago my bathtubs began to run slow. I have two bathrooms each a mirror image of the other set on opposite sides of the wall, so that means toilet is back to back, sinks are back to back, and bathtubs are the same. About a week ago they stopped draining all together, but the toilets and the sinks downstream of the bathtubs drain fine. I just need a little help with what to expect. All the plumbing is under the slab. I need some advice before I step into something that I may not be able to handle.

Call a plumber and have them snaked. It may just be hair.
