Well and Irrigation ststem gone bad! Help!

I had a well installed back in 1995 also with a irrigation system.. I now discovered I have NO water pressure at all, and what little water that does trickle from the hose and sprinkler heads are rusty water.. All my neighbors have there own wells and irrigation systems as well, and there water pressure is normal! Any suggestions?? I need water now! Just put down fertilizer and we have had little rain, and with no water my lawn already looks like hay!

I was wondering if there could be something I can do.. I can't afford a plumber to come out. Wondering if the well has gone dry or perhaps something is clogged..

Any advice would very much be appreciated!
