I have three toilets in my home
All are new
One was installed 14 months ago (lower level)
Two were installed 10 months ago (upper Level)

Recently all the toilets keep "running" after the tank fills.
If I open the faucet at the sink the "running" stops immediately.

Any help?

You might consider disassembling the fill assembly in the toilet and check for dirt, sand etc.

I had a similar situation after doing some outside repairs on my main. Got a bunch of sandy dirt in the line. Caused every toilet in the house to run until I dismantled and cleaned.

Adjust Water Level

You probably just need to adjust the water level in the tanks. It should be below the overlow tube opening about an inch. As the toilets get used the washer in the fill valve gets an indentation that allow the water level to rise.
