    Default shower drain in basement

I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice on installing a shower stall in the basement? I have a drain roughed in with a 1 1/2 " pipe but my problem is connecting it to the shower. any advice?

That shower is going to require a 2inch drain line......

    2" drain and 1.5" vent.

Without the vent, the p-trap siphons dry.
A dry trap is not a good thing.

It might be well to point out that you can not just use a bushing to enlarge the 1-1/2" to 2" at the floor. It has to be 2" all the way to the main drain.
