I'm finishing my basement and this is my first time attempting plumbing. I have all PVC drains and CPVC supplies. I have been able to do everything without a problem until now...

Should I cement together the whole overflow assembly first? And then drop the tub in place and connect the p-trap? I've got an 12x12 dugout and not much room to work in... I'm concerned that I'm going to start cementing and not be able to get it assembled before it dries. Is there a certain order (top down, bottom up?) that I should follow?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Hey, wait a minute.

This is awkward, but...
