Overflow cover.

My plumber installed my tub for me in my new house. He used a "slip-on", plastic, chrome finished overflow cover. He roughed in the tub overflow with what looks like a 2" male threaded end of a pvc pipe which is sealed with a gasket and nut. There is no screw holding the overflow cover. It just slips on and off with pressure on the threads of the pvc pipe. The drain has a twist knob on it for controlling the drain function. There is no linkage beween the overflow and the drain itself. I am looking for an oil rubbed bronze or venitian bronze overflow cover to replace it. The only kind I can find at the home center is some with one or two screw holes to attach them. I cannot find another slip-on type anywhere. Any suggestions ?

If it is not labeled, ask the plumber the brand or where he buys them. Most major manufacturers of plumbing fittings would offer a selection of finishes for the trim parts.
