Well produces good water, but iron shot up to 1.5 ppm, manganese to .48, and ph is at 7.1

I get a headache when looking at the ph vs manganese and iron removal vs all the filters out there. Its a crime to dump $1000+ dollars on something that will plug up in a year because the salesman just wanted his profit without the research.

posted on water softener forum, but I know you guys have this issue all the time. Thanks

ps probably have iron bacteria also, killed that off 8 years ago. Plan to chlorinate well again and do recirculate. Have 5 micron filters that plug up with "rust" every month.
