I'm installing my first bath tub and surround using the Sterling Accord after seeing Terry's info about them https://terrylove.com/forums/showth...rling-Accord-tub-shower-kits&highlight=accord.
Everything was going smooth until I was test fitting the surround. When trying to pivot the end wall into place it doesn't clear the Delta R1000 rough-in. I installed it per thin wall instructions where the front of the plasterguard will be in contact with the back of the end wall but the valve body sticks out too far. I'll have to move the rough in about 1 to 1.5" deeper into the wall cavity to get clearance or figure out another way to install the end wall. Any ideas? I tried to attach a picture.
