Sewer Camera Code Requirements?

Doing a little research and was wondering if your states have any license or certification requirements for a plumber to perform a sewer camera inspection for residential or commercial customers? Any guidance will be much appreciated!

Never heard of such a thing, but I have heard of unethical plumbers who use the cameras to rip off the consumer.
