I am starting to plan out my basement finishing project.
The house is about 5 years old, and had the bathroom roughed in.

I was planning on finishing the bathroom, as well as adding a sink for a wet bar in in another part of the basement.

The planned location for the wet bar is right next to an existing waste stack, but I know that I need to be able to vent the sink.
Would it be possible to tie into the bathroom's vent even though it is about 25 feet away?

Sorry for the poor art. The red is what I am asking if I can do.

Any suggestions on what might be some pitfalls to watch out for?

You don't need to be marries to the existing cleanout location. If the cleanout is in the way, you can move it up or down. You will need it, but it can move a bit on the stack.
If you vent on the horizontal, it's a wye or combo fitting.
If you vent on the vertical, it's a santee fitting.
