Hey All, first post here.
I've got a new construction home that is almost complete. I've had the builder install a Rinnai Tankless unit and when I was there last I noticed that they ran the condensate drain along the floor to the floor drain and fastened it over the drain grate with some wire. They also did the same for the furnace condensate line.
I don't know why builders don't just run these under the concrete for a cleaner look. Anyway, I noticed that I have an unused Floor Drain Primer Tube (there's 4 in total) protruding above the concrete and was wondering if I could just move the condensate line so that it drains into this Primer Tube. Everything ends up going into the floor drain anyway so I figured this wouldn't be an issue.
