weird toilet

Enclosed is a picture of a weird toilet, which nobody can tell me who made it. The bowl is shaped like a Herbeau "Monarque" but they say the toilet is not theirs. It has a pneumatic flush valve with an air switch. It is probably European, maybe Italian or French. If anyone has any inkling of where to go for parts let me know.
