Well water iron content

I've read on several sites that 0.3 mg/liter or more disolved iron content will
cause significant staining problem in sinks and commodes, and in the clothes washer.


I just had a well drilled and the iron tested 0.023 mg/liter.

Even though this is about 1/12 of the 0.3 mg/liter,
could it still cause some staining, or should I not be concerned about staining at this amount of iron ?
