Bathtub And Shower Problem

I CANNOT SEEM TO RECIEVE GOOD PRESSURE FROM MY BATHTUB OR MY SHOWER, I HAVE GOOD PRESSURE OUT OF THE BATHROOM SINK AND THE KITCHEN SINK. I NEED SOME ADVICE AS TO WHAT TO CHECK TO FIND OUT THE PROBLEM IF POSSIBLE....... THANK YOU

Is this new or old?

Is it a one handle or three handle faucet?

If its a three handle take the middle stem out and see if its all intact. And in there you may stumble on to the problem.

It is a mobile home, and has two faucets, and a lift button, the pressure is just very low. I have to put my hand on my head to make sure where the water is going and if I take a bath, I can only get approx 1/4th tub of water!!
