This is a very important issue for us men over 70.
Many toilets have high water, inadequate Water Depth From Rim, creating a health hazard for me and other men whose scrotums descend into the feces water.

This study shows that toilet bowl water will remain contaminated many flushes after initial contamination, posing a risk of recurring environmental contamination and associated infection incidence."
