Some time ago I got a call from author Chris Cander, who asked about plumbing problems in a high rise building. She was writing a novel about a Super that worked on a Chicago apartment building.
Unusual but not. We talked for a while about different ideas that would make sense written into a plot; Plumbing stuff that is.
Today a book came in the mail, and it's the conversation coming back to me again.
I can hardly wait to read it now. She sent me a signed hardcopy to keep, and I bought the digital version for my Kindle. The reviews look good, so I'm looking forward to seeing how a little bit of plumbing knowledge works it's way into a novel. Cool
