Default Slight twist in 2/12 NM-B

Hi. While looking around at the other wiring in my house after finding a cable in my return air duct. I found this yellow section of 2/12 NM-B. It is all stapled very flat and looks to run pretty well except when they made a turn through a hole to cross between two joists a section has a slight twist to it across the two foot joist space. Is this a problem or nothing to worry about. Here is a picture of the yellow twisted section. This is the only section that has the twist.

Nothing to worry about. Like with a curly cord, the wires still conduct from one point to the next.
