pressure switch

I am off the grid and power my cabin with a generator. I would like to be able to fill my pressure tank at night before i shut my generator down for the night without having to drain the tank down, to get the pressure switch to trip. Is there a pressure switch that has a manual on feature?

You can simply push down on the tongue at the bottom of the spring, or you can use a generator that is designed to work with a pressure switch like this one.
