    Hi Terry.

This is Michael S. over in Kirkland. You installed some toilets for us way back in 2006 and they're still working spectacularly well.

I'm wondering what your opinions are on tankless water heaters for situations like ours, and if this is something where you could help us choose a quality model and possibly install it - like you did years ago with those Toto toilets? (Man those have been great!)

    Thanks much.
    -Mike

I just ordered the Drake two piece but in order to get an inuslated tank I had to order two separate pieces and I was restricted to G-max and unable to get the dual-cyclone flushing. I am wondering if any problems are going to arise with installation since I ordered the toilet this way. I also was restricted to sana-gloss and 1.6g flush and was told Toto only has two tanks that are insulated....are there aftermarket insulating kits that are worth the money???

The Drake has always been a good bowl, and the insulated 1.6 tank has been fine too.
I notice that you are getting Sanagloss for the bowl, so it all sounds very good.

We order in the toilets separately too. We have four bowls and two tanks, more if you count the insulated tanks, and right tank levers.
    You did good.

West Seattle Baptist Church, new toilets in all of the bathrooms. This was a previous customer that has had them in her home.

Here is the Drake ADA with Right Hand tank lever.

    Default Best Yet.

I installed a Drake 9 years ago in my 2nd floor master. Have not had one...not ONE time had to use a plunger on that unit. It gets worked over pretty well. I was so impressed with this unit that I installed 2 additional Toto's in my house and over the course of 9, 8 and 7 years, have had to use plunger ONE time in a basement unit that the kids tore up with lots of paper. This is coming from someone who would routinely require plunger work (daily). Couldn't be happier with the investment.

Great shot.. We're plumbers for God's sake. People often don't understand how important we are to their everyday life. What would they do if they had to wake up to this every morning?

    Terry,

Thanks again! James is a very personable and professional fixture setting plumber. Judy is thrilled with her "Lexus" toilet and it's wonderful for her to not have to worry about something so basic.

I'll definitely be calling on you in the future!

    Sincerely,

    John K

PS: I verified with Jamie yesterday that Shannon is your brother - don't know if he remembers me, but we were in the same graduating class at BHS.
