Default Toto C744EG#01 does not feel smooth inside bottom of the bowl

    Hello all,
I'm new here and would like to know whether this is normal or not?

I received the TOTO shipment and inspect inside the bowl. I don't exactly believe it is smooth at all from the bottom of the bowl to inside of it. I felt somewhat sandy while the rest of the bowl quite glossily perfect. ONLY the way bottom of the bowl and inside of it. I'm worry this could cause the waste not flowing as smooth as possible.

    Thank you for any response.

The slightly rough surface keeps paper from sticking. It's part of the design.
