We purchased a Kohler Archer 3 wall alcove tub for our new bathroom and had planned to install a 3 wall surround system but now it appears that there are no compatible Kohler surround walls made for this model(didn't do our homework). The tub has already been installed so changing it isn't an option at this point. What other options do we have?

Most 3 wall surrounds are made for 30" wide tubs.

You have plenty of options though

Tile
Marble
Poured Marble panels
Laminate bent to shape

If you want something like a panel, then looking into the manufactured marble like panels may work. They can make them any size.

We looked at these two to match an Archer in biscuit as close as we could

We settled on the TI-5 because of the cost difference although I would have preferred a 3-piece. The panels are very attractive and appear to be good sturdy quality, but we haven't installed it yet so I can't really give an opinion. We're extremely pleased with the Archer tub, but there aren't many prefab surround options for it. Good luck.
