If the lavs are at the same height as the toilet, the drain will be too low.
You can't run four toilets on 3"
You need 1/4" per foot grade.

hello!
i have to put 4 wall mount toilets in a row. got plenty of space to do whatever is easy. anybody got a quick drawing on how to link/vent these?
here is my initial sketch ( pardon my lack of drawing skills!)
