I want to remove the wall in green which currently has the shower vent running up thru it.

The distance from trap to vent is about 12" and trap to 90 Degree in existing sewer line is 4 feet.

Will this configuration meet code?

Thanks

You can do that, but you will have to install an accessible cleanout due to the amount of bend you have added to the line.

Thanks cather_chick!
I was concerned about all the bends so it makes sense to include a cleanout.
The vertical pink vent pipe is accessible through a closet behind the bath.
Can a cleanout be in the vent?
Is one enough?

Hey, wait a minute.

This is awkward, but...
