wellmate water tank

Just wondering we noticed water on the floor around are water tank under more looking there seems to be water between the fiberglass tank and the stand.
there is noway the fiberglass tank could have a hole in it? Not sure what the hook-up looks like on the bottom of the tank? Could a seal be leaking on the bottom and
it is pooling on stand and then dripping over?

Maybe it is sweating. I wrapped mine with insulation to stop it from sweating.
