These are all pretty tight, but some might work, and some will need the supply moved. (It's different when it comes out of the wall because you can just install a right angle (a "90" in plumber-speak) and run it along the wall until it is clear of the toilet.) One thing that it would be helpful to know is the dimension to the "inside" of the pipe. That is, from the centerline to the side of the supply pipe that is closest to the toilet; i.e. the room for the toilet to fit between the centerline and the pipe. Can you measure that for us?
