Revolting.
So gross.
But persuasive.
Who needs a Caroma when the Drake can handle this, even with one end of the...er..."material" inadvertently-inserted in the siphon jet hole.
Fortunately, I watched the first time with the volume off. The narration just makes me want to gag.

The Drake was originally intended for commercial use, but was so effective it became very popular for home use as well. Yeah, pretty gross alright, but at least it's not the plastic wrapped sausages.
