Do the springs in a Delta single lever unit have to be replaced if still good?

Or, can you just replace the seats?
Do you guys see the springs fail often? Just wondered. Thanks.

Will do, just wondered if they fail. Mine are from the 70's and still like new. Just curious, are the Danco seat/springs ok, do they work ok on Delta? I would have bought original Delta, but Danco was all that I could find locally. Thanks.

i would get original equipment myself. i've used after-market and was unsatisfied with their quality. go to a plumbing supply and you should find the delta brand. hth
