Dripping faucet - Barclay diverter old style spigot

Hi
I have what looks to be a Barclay diverter faucet old style spigot in polished chrome for my cast iron tub. It is 18 years old and is now dripping. I don't think it has washers? How do you fix it?

How about a picture. "Barclay diverter faucet old style spigot" does not tell me anything about what you have. It probably DOES have washers, but again without knowing what it is that is just a guess.
