    Although a PRV has an internal check valve it is not classified as a back flow preventer because it has no intermediate atmospheric vent
    No, plumbing ain't rocket science. Unlike rocket science, plumbing requires a license!

    Gauge was 75- 80 this morning. Tattle-tale still showed 115 as the spike.
