You will just have to call around. Some supply houses that sell the fittings, may rent one. Most companies only want to rent them to "contractors" because it is too easy to damage them with improper use.

Where can I rent a Ridgid or other manufacture's hydralic compression tool in the Greater Toronto Area for Pro Press copper fittings. Don't really want to spend $1500.- $2200. for a one day job.
