Can you help me identify the manufacturer of this faucet?

Can you help me identify the manufacturer of this bathroom sink faucet? I need some kind of tool to remove the recessed aerator. This is a bathroom sink faucet from the mid-1980's. The sink is made by Kohler and other faucets in the condo are made by Grohe. Thanks!

How about a picture of the top of the handles? The aerator usually has notches for the tool to grab, but i don't see any on yours.

Can you help me identify the manufacturer of this faucet?
