Hi I have a woodford model 29 faucet in my garage. The faucet started to leak when turn on from around handles .. and so I replace the both of the stems and rubber washer from my local pumpling supply store .A few days later the faucet was leaking just as bad.but only leaking around the handles when it is turn on both handles dosent make any differance if it the cold or hot that is turned on or both .when both cold and hot is turn off it does not leak.. Should I replace the whole woodford facuet or put in a differant type? My garage stays above freezing and the water never freezing in it.any ideals thanks George
