sewer drain pipe installation

can some one tell me what the drop rate per foot is for running sewer pipe in floor to city connection in Ontario Canada. 1 inch drop per foot or greater or less?

1/8 of an inch per foot on 4 inch pipe.

Most of the time, it would be 1/4" per foot unless the inspector has approved a situation where 1/8" is permitted.

i live in ontario, its 1/8 of an inch per foot for 4 inch pipe

great, thanks this helps alot now i can start my plan of attack, i am looking to run 3" vertical from second floor then into 4" inch to cross the floor to tie into new service that was just installed.
