Whistling pipes

What makes pipes whistle. In the morning only in the down stairs bathroom when you turn the shower on the pipe make a whistling noise it builds to a crescendo and stops. And is there any way to fix. the problem

Sometimes, it's a washer that vibrates.

Could be, too, the water pressure is too high.

Many possible reasons, many peculiar to your system, so someone would have to be there and test to determine where the noise is originating, not necessarily where you hear it.
