"Tuscany Brass" bath / shower faucet parts?

I can't seem to identify the manufacturer of this faucet for the life of me. It's a bath / shower single handle faucet with only the marking "Tuscany Brass". No other markings at all - no numbers etc.

The cartridge is cracked and leaking. Where can I get a replacement cartridge?

Tuscany Brass is made by LDR Industries of Chicago IL. There faucets are sold by ******* for sure, and they carry replacement parts also. The new cartridge will run you about $19.94 ( I just looked at one yesterday)
