stuck foot valve

hi new member and i need help, i have an old well 2 inch with inside liner leaving 1 1/2 inch going down to water i have a brass 3/4 inch footvalve stuck down about 40 ft there is a plastic coupling screwed into footvalve with a friction fit for pvc pipe the pipe pulled off and i cant figure how to get it out to make it a little more difficult it is in my basement and i only have 6 ft head room to stand
