Hot Water/Cold Water

The water coming into my home is so cold in winter that we run out of hot water after 1 1/2 showers. It is also too hot in summer. This is a town water supply in NJ.

cold

Put a 40 gal. holding tank near the water heater to bring the cold water up to room temperature.
