I have put subfloor and wall foam in my smallest room now. the electric panel is too close (touched) to the side concrete wall. I have to leave some space for that panel. the frame may go with the foam and will be away from the panel 3 ft. I cannot move the panel. If I can move it left 6 in, the result will be much nicer. do you have any idea to have a better result?

the left side concrete wall is an interior separate wall, so I did not insulate fully.

We would need to get a better look at the panel and service entrance. The cost of moving the panel 6" would likely outweigh the savings had by the insulation on that wall.
