Current code requires that a ceiling fan mounted in a shower stall be sealed.
I am not aware of a model of a fan/light combo that can legitimately be mounted in a shower stall.
Does anyone know of one? (I HAVE looked around a bit.)

i just installed this fan in my bath, that's how i know about it. it is rated for use in a shower/stall.
Fan Tech has several exhaust fans with a light that are UL approved for wet locations. The fan motor is remote.

Guys!
Thanks!
(I meant to write that a LIGHT in a shower must be sealed. But I see the point about a fan having a remote motor.....)
FanTec's are incredible. The only problem is they are so quiet you need an indicator light so you know when they are on.
