    Default basement drainage pipe 4 feet off basement floor??

    Seems loke I have rodents?? ... Found the insulation on the concrete wall mangled and revealing a stone-filled dgrainage pipe..
    What is it and do they get infested??

    Is this outside? Drain for the window well? Pictures?

    Rodents can and do infest both insulation and drainage pipes, but I cannot understand what your question is.
