Vanity drain fittings for remodeled bathroom

Folks,

Currently deep into planning for remodel of a small bathroom.

New vanity location will place vanity drain on the centerline of the existing 3" vent for this bathroom and the adjoining bathroom. (Existing vanity is offset about 24" off vent centerline. Adjoining bathroom vanity is about the same distance off the vent.) Existing plumbing has a double y with the vanity drain lines going into the vent. Does someone make a double y with the drain fittings at 90 degrees rather than the expected 180 degrees?

I can refit the vent with the new vanity drain below the existing y, but would prefer to keep the new drain on or close to to the existing drain grade.

In less this is a pedestal situation, you can offset from the center of the lav by about 4" and still hit it. The p-trap has a swivel on it.

They do make a double fixture fitting, but nothing oddball. You may have to use conventional fittings to make it up.

If this is NOT a pedestal lav, use the existing connection, but with a "close" nipple and elbow. You can then offset back to the new drain location inside the cabinet.
