Hi all,

I recently purchased a Moen Adler Faucet (Model CAL84502) but the button plug keeps falling out. The button plug is the part that hides the faucet handle screw and has the "red/blue, cold/hot" label on it (part 151644).

The button just keeps popping out!

Any tips on keeping it in place?

Thanks.

Yeah, I know I can order a replacement, but the button seems awfully lose. Doesn't take much for the button to pop out.

So any ideas how to keep it in? A bit of silicone glue around the edges?

Call 1-800-BUY-MOEN and have them send you a new handle and button, because you do not know which part is defective.

Here's the thing, I installed 4 sets of the faucets... and all four sets exhibit the same problem.

Either all were manufactured bad, or is this how these faucets are like?

I guess I'll give Moen and call and see what they think.
