The O-Rings do the work of sealing.

Hi Everyone,
I installed a Premier kitchen faucet (see link) today that I will supply the water to tomorrow. It was wierd because the braided SS supply tube that came with it fit so far up in the base of the faucet, you can screw them on but you cant tighten them. The business end of this thing has two o rings followed by threads. I could twist it all the way on snug, but impossible to get a tool on it. Do you suspect this will leak or are the threads simply to keep the hoses from blowing off while the o rings really do all the work.
YIkes,
Jeffrey

Thank you Terry,
I won't worry about not being able to tighten this. One less thing to think about before this day is over.
Yay!
Jeffrey
You just need the right tool to snug them up.
