I would not, nor could I, use a sanitary CROSS at the lavatory connection, and I would not use 3" after the toilet connection.

I originally planned on using a fixture fitting tee but I read a couple of posts that said not to? I thought 3" for the toilet was common? Are you suggesting a 4"?
This is what I was going for...
Is there any reason Lowes or Home Depot wouldn't have this? Couldn't find it listed on either website

I think HJ didn't see that you want to run 3" past the toilet to the sink and reduce there which is good, I would probably run as far as the toilet wye and reduce to 2" there. Do not use a double wye fitting to pick up the lavs. Wye's put the trap weir above the vent opening essentially forming an S trap. A double combo or fixture fitting is the way to go. Guys that clean drains hate double san tee's because the snake runs through to the other sink instead of down.

How bad is it that none of the plumbing supply stores I've called so far have even heard of the double fixture fitting? Looks like I'll have to order it online.
