concrete driveway over utilitys

extending concrete driveway,will be over existing gas, water, elec., tv cable.
do i need to re locate any or all? thank's tool

If the utilities were not in the conduits then I would relocate.

In most cases those lines are not your responsibility anyway. If not, then the utilities will take care of any access diificulties when, or if, you have a problem.
