    Default Moen DN8001CH handheld shower

Looking for opinions on the Moen DN8001CH Handheld shower, including ease of installation. I'll be hiring a plumber to do it.

It will be replacing the existing, (and ancient), showerhead.

If it has a "wall bracket" fastening that will probably be the most difficult part of the installation. Assuming you have a conventional shower arm coming out of the wall.

If the shower arm coming out of the wall is old you might want to replace it. I'm seeing so many crappy shower arms being sold these days. Chrome plated plastic has no business in this fitting.

Look for a good quality shower arm for this install of yours.
