revised layout so I wouldn't have to remove stairs for plumbing. Hopefully I am far enough away from the footing for the column at the end of the stairs. Also fewer bends on the main 4" branch.
Please help with new basement bathroom DWV piping layout.

Looks good.
Don't forget the cleanout under the lav sanitee connection.
Ask your inspector about testing, as I imagine you will be required to do either a stack test or an air pressure test.
You will need to know what they want to see, as it will determine if/where you need to put in a test tee
