Default Preventing tank condensation on well water

We're remodeling all the baths in our older house. The well water is icy cold and in the summer one of the old toilets generated buckets of condensation. I'm looking at Toto Promenades as replacements. My mom put a Toto in 2 years ago and it also generates a lot of condensation in the summer.

About 15 years ago we remodeled a bath in our old house and put in a Kohler with the insulated tank option and had no problems (we were on town water though).

What are the recommendations for this situation. Do Toto's come with an insulated option?

    Many thanks,

    anne

Old toilets that used 3 to 3.5 gallons of water per flush drained the tank on every flush. The meant that the refill water was cold. New low flow toilet tanks still hold roughly the same amount of water, but use only 1.6 gallons. (1.28 in some of the newer models) Since only about 1/2 of the tank's water content is used per flush, the refill of 1.6 gallons mixes with the already tempered water so the problems of condensation is reduced or even eliminated. Also, this "new" water has be setting in the pipes for a period of time and has warmed up some before getting into the tank. Frequent flushing, like during a big party, would reduce this effect of course.
