If anyone is in Vancouver on February 8th and wants to learn more than will most likely ever want to on the subject of linear drains you can sign up for my session at Build Ex.
It's going to be a ninety minute session covering the three primary waterproofing approaches as well as layout and design considerations. Most of you regulars will have seen most of the pictures already but for local designers, builders, homeowners and tile crews there will be a load of useful information.

The session was arranged through my local NKBA chapter and education credit points will be issued for those able to listen me talk about linear drains for an hour and a half.
Would love to see a large turn out although I'm a little nervous about my first public speaking event.
Lucky for me my wife and kids will be there.
My daughter gave me some great advice the other day or rather said "I hope you don't bore everyone to death."
Then she added "Don't screw up!".
That's my girl. I love her sense of humour at her dad's expense. I think the old homestead needs a good vacum now that I think about it.
I'm a bathroom builder, a Houzz Contributor, a blogger, a linear drain salesman and "Coach" to about 24 North Shore Girls Soccer players. I live for snow days and love the work we do. My newest love is LED lighting and we are pushing the boundaries of what's possible in a high end shower! Proud member of the NKBA & TTMAC. Voting member ASTM
